Founded in 2015 by Deepanshu Sachdeva, the company aims to help people unwind, no matter where they choose to live.

While working as a global mobility professional at KPMG, there was a program in the company where international KPMG employees had the option to relocate to India for one month to three years. A lot of people used to come, however their only cause of concern was finding a properly furnished home. Either the landlords weren’t interested in short term rental leases or there were lack of suitable options. The whole process was really  taxing and the only relevant  accommodation for these employees were hotels, but they were too monotonous, expensive and lacked privacy.

The lack of furnished apartments pertinent for business travellers and the frustration of colleagues with this itinerant lifestyle presented Deepanshu an opportunity to fix the problem. A year later, Harjit Ghai came on board as co-founder with his expertise in hospitality and corporate sales. 

What Do We Do:

Finding a rented accommodation in India can be hard, and finding a properly furnished rental can be harder. That’s where we step in. We provide flexible apartment rental services to business travellers, corporate executives, freelancers and expats, for short to long-term needs.

We lease out unfurnished apartments from landlords for the long-term and transform them into fully-furnished and equipped apartments that people love to call home. After the meticulous makeover of the apartment, we offer these thoughtfully embellished homes for stays of 30 days or longer to guests looking for a new place to live in a new city. That’s not it! We support each apartment with dedicated, on the ground staff to make sure your stay is comfortable.
